The CF Filter Elements are designed for the treatment of gases or compressed air in industrial applications. Performance data is according to ISO 12500-1 (oil separation) to achieve compressed air quality classes as per ISO 8573-1. The filter element features an optimized flow design, the filter medium used, and the manufacturing technology applied, all of which minimize differential pressure while ensuring consistently high separation performance.
CF filter elements are equipped with a three-dimensional microfiber polyester fleece that is water and oil-repellent. By utilizing various filtration mechanisms such as impact separation, sieving effect, and diffusion, both liquid and solid particulates are retained in the filter.

- Filter Medium: Microfiber polyester fleece
- Coalescing Jacket: Polyester fleece
- Support Jackets (inside and outside): Stainless steel 1.4301 / 304
- End Caps: Aluminum
- O-Rings: NBR, free from silicone and release agents (standard)
- Casting Compound: Polyurethane
